Great tables however customer service needs improvement

The tables are stunning, however after delivery was extremely delayed and we were provided with 5% refund, we were told there was no way it would be delivered before the new year. So you can imagine our shock to find our order randomly outside our doorstep with no delivery advice before Christmas meaning it could have been stolen. More accurate information is necessary for orders to avoid loss or potential theft.
