What if I receive the item don't like it or doesn't fit my space?

 

Change your mind? No problem! We're currently running a unparalleled hot offer that provides you free return shipping on all orders you disliked! We do request that the product is returned in 30 days & in the same condition it was sent. Our warehouse team will inspect the item prior to refund. This deal ends on the 14th of August 2021.

 

How long does it take to receive my order?

 

Most of our items are dispatched within 48 hours of your purchase (excluding weekends). If you're living in a metro area our delivery time is within 2-4 days following this.

 

What if my item is damaged?

 

We will take care of it! Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos support@primefurniture.com.au and we will ensure a replacement is sent out and instructions are given regarding the damaged item.
