Do you ship to me?

We provide shipping Australia wide! We use insured, premium shipping to reduce damaged items and delays. We always provide you the best price on the internet regardless of shipping. Contact us and ask! 

What if I receive the item don't like it or doesn't fit my space?

Change your mind? No problem! We will accept a return within 30 days of you receiving it. We only ask that the customer covers the return shipping. We do request that the product is returned in 30 days & in the same condition it was sent. Our warehouse team will inspect the item prior to refund. 

How long does it take to receive my order?

Most of our items are dispatched in under 5-10 business days of your purchase (excluding weekends). If you're living in a metro area our delivery time is within 5-10 days following this. We provide full tracking information and will update you along the way. 

What if my item is damaged?

We will take care of it! Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos support@primefurniture.com.au and we will ensure a replacement is sent out and instructions are given regarding the damaged item.

As a business we want you to get the absolute best price on the internet, however, we can't accept discount codes in conjunction with sales or other discount codes.
