What's your Christmas/new years open times? 

Our customer service team are off on Christmas day and new years. We are still accepting orders and they will be processed on the following day! 

What if I receive the item don't like it or doesn't fit my space?

Change your mind? No problem! We will accept a return within 30 days of you receiving it. We only ask that the customer covers the return shipping. We do request that the product is returned in 30 days & in the same condition it was sent. Our warehouse team will inspect the item prior to refund. 

How long does it take to receive my order?

Most of our items are dispatched in under 5-10 business days of your purchase (excluding weekends). If you're living in a metro area our delivery time is within 5-10 days following this. We provide full tracking information and will update you along the way. 

What if my item is damaged?

We will take care of it! Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos and we will ensure a replacement is sent out and instructions are given regarding the damaged item.

Why can’t I find a Contact number?

We're a family-owned and operated online furniture store. let's just say things are a little crazy over here...

A lot of our time is spent improving your online experience, liaising with our warehouse partners, fighting our toddlers, changing nappies, responding to emails, and much more.

We work around the clock and if we spent a lot of our time on the phone, not only would you hear our toddler screaming "hellloooooo!" we'd never be able to get your beautiful furniture to you in time.

What if I find a better price online?

If you find a better price online for the same item we will beat it! Simply reach out to us and we will ensure you're satisified with the price you're given! 

Are you experiencing delays due to Covid-19?

As a family business we've always strived to get our customers items to their doorstep within a week. However, due to the covid-19 lockdowns, the pressure on our couriers has been massive. We're experiencing a further 7 day delay due to this. As a general rule of thumb, from the date you've orders we are seeing items being delivered 14 days after this date. We're so sorry for the delay as we're the first to put our hand up and say we want it now!

Can I use a discount code in a sale?

As a business we want you to get the absolute best price on the internet, however, we can't accept discount codes in conjunction with sales or other discount codes. However, if you find a better price online or a sale on another website displaying a better price we will beat it! Contact us on
