What if I receive the item don't like it or doesn't fit my space?
Change your mind? No problem. You can return your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, no questions asked. We require it to be sent in the same condition received in the original box. A full refund will be issued to you! Prime Furniture does not cover the cost of returning the item to our warehouse.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Most of our items are dispatched within 48 hours of your purchase (excluding weekends). If you're living in a metro area our delivery time is within 2-4 days following this.
What if my item is damaged?
We will take care of it! Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos firstname.lastname@example.org and we will ensure a replacement is sent out and instructions are given regarding the damaged item.
What if I find a better price online?
If you find a better price online for the same item we will beat it! Simply reach out to us and we will ensure you're satisified with the price you're given!
